一句「Ni Hao」，荷蘭的John 開始了為我介紹門信片中的紅色郵筒。他說是德國的郵筒，可是最近已經換上了橙色衣服。
大明信片中的小明信片所見的是一條漁村，位於阿姆斯特丹西南方約三十哩的Katwijk aan Zee，見到是由許多木桶砌成的城門形。這些木桶中有鹽水，用作盛載捕獲的魚之用，主要為新鮮的Herrings(即鯡魚) 。
這裡的人會生食魚，只是加上幾片洋蔥便可作為一道菜，和日本的魚生會有什麼分別呢?
“Ni Hao” as a starter. This is John from the Netherlands. He sent me a Dutch mailbox, which is red in color but he told me that it has been changed to orange already.
Another small postcard on this colourful big postcard. That shows a fishing village, where is 30 miles south-west from Amsterdam. The small postcard shows a gate made by wooded barrels, which are used for fishing. John said that fresh “herrings” are stored with salted water. “Herrings” is a kind of fish I think and it should be the most popular kind in this village….?!
“Katwijk aan Zee” is the name of this fishing village. And I was told that the fish can be eaten raw. People there only eat them with some slices of onion. Is that like Japanese sashimi?
